1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using cosmyra.in ("the Site"), or by placing an order with Cosmyra ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with Cosmyra. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@cosmyra.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & pricing

• We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
• Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

5. Orders & payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Online payments are processed through third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking credentials.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or error.

6. Shipping & delivery

• We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines communicated at checkout, though these are estimates and not guarantees.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, and circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for eligibility, conditions, and the process to raise a request.

8. Product use & disclaimers

Cosmyra products are intended for external, cosmetic use only unless otherwise stated on the packaging. Individual skin and body reactions can vary.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Cosmyra and Vaidyam names, logos, product formulations, images, and text — is the property of Cosmyra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Post or transmit harmful code, spam, or disruptive content

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cosmyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or personal injury resulting from misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
